as expected, and FORZA AZZURRI
Yesterday I called an Italian customer for a COM+ crash issue in X64 platform. He confirmed that everything works fine and it was ok to close the ticket. I expressed my congratulations for Italy in World Cup and expected “thank you”. To my surprise, the customer snarled something I could not understand. It was not English. I am wondering it should be some common “soccer watchword” in Europe.
Based on my many times experience, my boss' InBox was reserved a slot for a compliment letter after the call.
As expected, the customer wrote the following:
Thanks for the "Excellent Service".
Best Regards
P.S. FORZA AZZURRI !!!! :-)
Oh, “FORZA AZZURRI”, that should be the watchword. Anybody knows the detail?
Thanks
PS: This morning, "Multiple blasts rock India trains, killing 147"., Should we call Tian Zu (India) people to say something, or NOT

The traditional colour of the national team (as well as of all Italian teams and athletes, except in motor sports) is sky blue[1] (azzurro, in Italian), and therefore national team members are nicknamed Azzurri.
WindForce's Force
